Title: Product Strategy- Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA
- Please note: Must have consulting experience. This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Atlanta Area and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom Atlanta office up to 5 days a week.*
Overview
We seek a dynamic and experienced Consultant in the digital product space with a strong business and/or technology consulting background. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex engagements, demonstrating expertise in product and advisory capacities. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for delivering with excellence, fostering trusted relationships with clients and team members, and driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
DELIVERY AND ENGAGEMENT LEADERSHIP
- Take ownership of engagement and team outcomes, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
- Research
- Research and share business/technology trends
- Understanding of business and user priorities as well as technical feasibility, in order to prioritize the product backlog
- Gather customer and internal feedback to drive improvements and inform product roadmap prioritization
- Portfolio Planning
- Define analytics to be collected regarding product and prioritize the execution of their collection
- Work with the product team to monitor and manage the project queue
- Prioritize opportunities and follow up with customer-facing teams
- Financial Modeling
- Build financial and forecasting models for products, product lines, and portfolios
- Create models to support buy/build/partner analyses
LEADERSHIP
- Lead and inspire high-performing Slalom/Client teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Provide SME expertise in the areas of product strategy and product management.
CLIENT AND TEAM RELATIONSHIPS
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and their users/markets, understanding their needs in creating and implementing product strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to achieve objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience
- 3+ years of experience in the digital product space, with a focus on business and/or technology consulting.
- Product management & product owner experience

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Deep knowledge of digital product management and strategy, development and advisory services.
