What We're Seeking

We are looking for candidates with strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking mindset, and the ability to quickly understand and address client needs. Experience with project and teamwork, crafting actionable recommendations and delivering impactful solutions is highly regarded.
If you are interested in one of our industries and have a strong desire to drive change we want to hear from you. Ideally, you possess a passion for applying analytics and data science to solve business challenges.
We value individuals who can analyze data, extract insights, identify trends, and have knowledge in data management, governance, architecture, and strategy. Your determination, strategic thinking, and strong team collaboration abilities are crucial.
An interest in tomorrow’s emerging topics and an eagerness to learn more about areas like sustainability, generative AI and digital transformation is beneficial.
Familiarity with programming languages like Python, R, SQL, and experience with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker can be a plus (though not a requirement, as we seek a diverse set of candidates with various skill sets).
International experience is highly valued, and strong communication and presentation skills are essential (minimum B1 level of Norwegian proficiency), coupled with a genuine motivation to work in the Norwegian market.
The ability to establish and nurture professional relationships, collaborate seamlessly, and embrace feedback is key.
