We are looking for outstanding individuals to join their tight-knit founding team. As an Analyst or Associate, you will be instrumental in delivering strategic consulting projects that shape the future of Australia’s energy landscape.

Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst / Associate, your tasks and duties will include:
- Conducting high-quality quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
- Performing research and market assessments to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in energy, resources, and industrials.
- Assisting in problem-solving workshops and collaborating closely with senior team members to develop tailored client solutions.
- Creating clear, insightful, and professional presentation materials for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Supporting clients with data analysis to evaluate business models, market opportunities, and decarbonisation pathways.
- Actively participating in client engagements through stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, and relationship management.
- Contributing to business development efforts, including the origination of ideas and new opportunities.
- Engaging in cross-functional teamwork, collaborating with leaders and peers to drive projects forward.
Skills and Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Economics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or Science).
Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or a similarly analytical and high-performance environment.
- Exposure to energy, resources, or decarbonisation sectors is advantageous but not essential.
Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
- Strong research and data analysis capabilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- A demonstrated passion for the energy transition, decarbonisation, and sustainable energy systems.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to create clear, data-driven presentations and reports.
