Service Management Implementation Specialist Consultant
Experience :12-16 Years
Mode of hiring - FTC
Location : Sydney or Melbourne
Technical Skills Primary
- Lead the implementation of service management capability and in doing so remediate the current IT Support model that is no longer fit for purpose
- Will be responsible for the implementation of an ITIL based service management capability leveraging existing teams tools and processes where appropriate ensuring it meets the needs of our organization and clients
- Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework and service management best practices
- Proven experience in service management implementation preferably in a Financial Services IT environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope objectives and deliverables
- Design an operating model for the service management capability to meet these objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets to ensure successful implementation
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of new service management processes and tools
- Monitor and report on project progress identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of service management tools with existing systems and processes
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions including troubleshooting and resolving issues
Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY
- Familiarity with APRA prudential standards including CPS 234 CPS 231 and CPS 230 are highly desirable
- Experience with ServiceNow is highly desirable
Soft Skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple streams simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail
- This role requires a strong understanding of service management principles excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
