About the role:
We as Synpulse are currently seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Finance Business Analyst with experience in Workiva reporting and development to join our Financial Reporting Centre of Excellence. This role requires expertise in financial systems, data analysis and financial reporting, coupled with strong communication and problem solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Ongoing configuration, development and optimization of the Workiva Statutory Reporting model across various legal entities
- Design and maintain templates, dashboards, reports and workflows in Workiva across various models, including GSR, Internal Reporting and ESG
- Development and maintenance of data connectors (to data bases and other tools)
- Support in the build of the ESG Programme, and provide ongoing support to the tool as it transitions to BAU
Experience Required:
- Comfortable analysing and manipulating large data sets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance with a strong understanding of GAAP, or a degree in IT with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in finance.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements to optimise workflows
- Experience building reports in Workiva
