JOB SUMMARY
Solution Design- team at GEP has played a vital role in the company's high growth journey in the past 3-5 years and is expected to play an even bigger role to fuel even higher growth expected for the next few years. Distributed across multiple nodes (US, India, UK), the team is responsible to design strong solutions for existing and new clients across the globe, and thus impacting company's top line and bottom line directly. The team works in an extremely high energy and fast paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS
•5+ years of relevant experience
•MBA from tier 1 / 2 institutes
•Consulting / Solution Design / Delivery or Procurement and Supply chain consulting experience is preferred. Consulting Business development experience will be an added advantage
•Project Management

•Strategic Mindset and Creative Business Problem solving skills
•Strong data analytics and presentation skills
•Senior Stakeholder engagement and expectations management (VPs, CXOs, Sr. Partners etc)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•As one of the leaders of the solution design team in India, your primary responsibility is to co-lead and manage the team of consultants and sr. consultants, be an effective mentor, develop compelling proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs that we receive from global companies for procurement and supply chain consulting and procurement and supply chain outsourcing services.
•In addition to creating proposals and RFP responses, you will be responsible for the overall pricing and commercial strategy for the opportunity.
•Collaborate with global consulting and technology teams, as required, to validate assumptions and discuss the practical implementation requirements of the proposed solution.
