Due to the continued success and growth of Seven Consulting, we are looking for a talented Senior PMO Consultant with relevant experience who shares our passion for delivering quality outcomes through business change to join our team on a contract basis.
Your Role:
As a Senior PMO Consultant, you will work directly with our clients to deliver high quality PMO services. Each engagement is different but typical responsibilities of a Senior PMO Consultant include:
- the PMO Manager in establishing and operating the PMO for a project, program, or portfolio.
- improvements and uplifting PMO capabilities
- and implementing robust processes, supporting the overall governance and controls
- existing PMO practices in line with changing requirements and assisting in the establishment of best practices and frameworks.
- with stakeholders at all levels of the client’s organisation
- and guide other members of the PMO team
What you bring:
- with proven ability to add value within project, program &/or portfolio PMOs
- record of successfully delivering PMO services for technology projects & programs
- abilities in establishment and tracking of governance and controls for traditional and agile-run projects/programs/portfolios
- stakeholder management skills and ability to influence
- working in different types of PMO is desirable.
- references from previous employers and client sponsors
- energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround success
