We’re looking for Canberra-based management consultants to join our team.
If you’re looking for more than a job, a place where you can be your bold and authentic self, lead or contribute to some uber interesting work, and deliver meaningful results for clients, then you’ve come to the right place.
Easy to work with and easy to work for
Founders Lisa and Ross, set out to create an advisory and consulting firm that pushes the boundaries and offers an alternative to traditional firms. Being easy to work with and easy to work for isn’t just a catch cry—it’s inherent in our work, our culture and the way we show up for ourselves and our clients.
We may be a small business, but we pack a punch and offer that little bit more that other companies don’t, won't or can’t. A client once called it our special sauce.
- For our clients, this means partnering to provide value for money and deliver innovative, enduring solutions through our team’s knowledge and expertise, taking a holistic approach to every engagement, providing tailored and bold advice, and uplifting capability.
- For our team, this means partnering to help you be your best self at work, to challenge your thinking, kick goals and support your continuous learning and career development. In addition to your annual salary, assuming you’re both an Orasome (see what we did there?!) human and contribute to business development, you’ll be eligible for generous incentives and perks.
