About the Job:
Gartner Digital Markets is looking for a SEO Associate to join our SEO team. We’re seeking candidates with a passion for digital marketing and the skills to drive business growth for our portfolio of websites. The ideal candidate has a passion for SEO strategy, data analysis, and assessing opportunities for improving the discoverability of our websites. You must be excited to find creative solutions to increase the visibility of our brands and can produce deliverables and hit key milestones.
What you’ll do:
- Strategy Development. You’ll identify opportunities for organic growth - with a focus on backlink and referring domain growth - and develop cutting-edge strategies to grow industry leadership.
- Content Research. You’ll work closely with our editorial team to create content that ranks for important industry keywords.
- KPI Prioritization. You’ll define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success, such as organic traffic growth, as well as backlink and referring domain growth.
- Track and Measure Impact. We measure and track everything, so we need someone who doesn't mind living and breathing in data and is capable of reporting, as well as using reporting to inform strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate and Communicate. You’ll work with teammates and stakeholders on projects that produce a positive marketing impact.
- Work with a World-Class Team. You’ll collaborate with PR, promotion, content analysts, and global marketing teams committed to excellence.
- Project Management. Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned to you. Communicate actions to stakeholders in a timely manner and share project metrics for weekly/monthly reporting.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor or equivalent qualification from a prestigious institution.
- 0-2 years of experience with digital/content marketing projects/campaigns.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (any experience with content-focused SEO and/or promotion is a plus).
- Analytical and reporting skills (intermediate level knowledge of excel and MS office is a plus).
- Resident of Delhi-NCR.
- Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs and Google Search Console is a plus.
