Role Outline
To support the Analytics team to connect and correlate data points from the different systems to draw strategic insights. An action-oriented analyst who uses critical thinking and advanced analytical techniques to support the development of optimum campaign strategies. Actively work with marketing, compliance & development teams and support teams on development and maintenance of reports, dashboards and sales forecasting models. Own and manage multiple data initiatives and projects both on an on-going and an ad-hoc basis, while using new approaches of data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Adobe, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in data to drive strategic decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
- Create and maintain documentation for data processes and reporting standards.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support various departments and initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms and reports.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.
- Experience with statistical analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
