Job Description
As part of a dynamic and motivated consulting team, you will support a variety of client projects across sectors. You will contribute to delivering high-impact solutions in areas such as business strategy, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and project delivery. This role is designed for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in managing projects with internal stakeholders and third parties
- Assist in defining and implementing business strategies, including market analysis, financial modeling, digital roadmaps, and operational planning
- Conduct research, data collection, and benchmarking to inform business recommendations
- Support process improvement initiatives through mapping, reengineering, and performance management
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables such as presentations, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and contribute to knowledge sharing
Preferred Experience in Sustainability (ESG)
While not mandatory, experience or interest in sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) topics is considered a strong asset. Candidates with this background may contribute to projects involving:
- Developing analytics and technology solutions to detect, monitor, and predict ESG-related risks
- Supporting clients in aligning with emerging ESG reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD)
- Assisting in defining ESG strategies and sustainability goals aligned with corporate objectives
- Designing dashboards and controls to track ESG performance
- Conducting ESG risk assessments and stakeholder engagement
- Monitoring ESG regulatory trends and industry best practices
- Contributing to sustainability reporting and policy documentation
Qualifications
- Strong academic background (e.g., Business, Mathematics, Economics) from top-tier university.
- 1 -3 years of experience preferably in consulting.
- Ability to adapt quickly to challenging and frequently changing environments, while working on challenging topics across multiple business areas under tight deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Proven experience working in a team environment.
- Business Process Management or Reengineering
- Stakeholder Management skills
- Interest or prior involvement in ESG/sustainability topics is a plus
- Business proficiency in Arabic and English is a must
