Role Overview
As a Strategy Winter Intern, you will:
Collaborate with teams to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that address key business opportunities.
Assist in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends and insights.
Contribute to the preparation of business cases and financial models to support strategic recommendations.
Participate in projects involving corporate strategy, growth strategies, and digital transformation.
Work alongside team members to present insights and recommendations, gaining exposure to real-world business challenges.
This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to develop new skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
About You
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about solving challenges and creating positive change.
Successful candidates will:
Be in their penultimate or final year of university, with a preferred study discipline in Business, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields. Other degrees are also welcome.
Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
Bring a proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and embrace new opportunities.
Demonstrate leadership potential and a track record of academic and extracurricular achievements.
