Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an Associate to join our transfer pricing team at A&M’s GCC, working closely with A&M teams in Middle East and Asia to serve clients in the regions. Considering the pace of targeted growth, we are keen to find a person who is entrepreneurial, driven by a passion to drive significant growth, is comfortable with ambiguity, will roll up the sleeves and be hands on to get things done and can be independent requiring limited cover.

Location: Gurgaon
Key responsibilities: Specific responsibilities include:
•Understand a range of complex Transfer Pricing issues and be able to effectively implement solutions (planning, documentation/benchmarking, implementation, etc.) through economicand financial knowledge
• Establish and deliver effective Transfer Pricing solutions, products and practical planning services
• Knowledge and application of all TP methods across a variety of industries and solutions e.g. IP, financial transactions, value chain analysis
• Deep understanding of the Transfer Pricing benchmarking process and relevant databases for all methods and intra-group transactions
• Deep understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Documentation requirements and delivering detailed Transfer Pricing analysis, where requested.
• Ability to work across different time zones and cultures, adapting style as necessary
• Excellent project management skills and experience with agile working practices
• Efficiently manage workflow and resources over a high volume of projects and competing deadlines.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years' of experience in transfer pricing within a related Advisory or Consultancy role in a Big Four firm. Ideally, experience in a global delivery centre carrying out similar responsibilities.
• Strong numerical, analytical; strategic thinking and project management skills
• Ability to work on a range of projects simultaneously to demanding timetables
• Personal drive and integrity to deliver results within tight deadlines
• Commitment to high quality standards and a detail-oriented approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English is a requirement
