What You’ll Do
- Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather, document, and align business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable use cases, process flows, and implementation plans.
- Conduct gap analyses and develop functional design specifications.
- Collaborate across delivery teams to ensure alignment with customer outcomes and program goals.
- Support program and project management activities including risk mitigation, communications, and rollout planning.
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to accelerate delivery, improve documentation, and enhance stakeholder engagement.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into project phases (e.g., discovery, delivery, transition) to improve efficiency and client value.
- Contribute to integrated solution delivery, transformation programs, and PMO engagements.

What You’ll Bring
- 3–7 years of experience in business/functional analysis on medium to large-scale projects.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including client-facing presentations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and business process modeling.
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering strategies to support documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to identify and apply AI use cases across delivery phases, such as generating test scripts, summarizing requirements, or automating repetitive tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or equivalent a plus.
3–7 years of experience in business/functional analysis on medium to large-scale projects.
