What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of business and technology projects by managing execution and driving clarity in requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and business needs.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage task tracking, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and system interactions.
- Use AI-powered tools (e.g., generative AI for documentation and meeting notes, automation for reporting and backlog grooming, predictive analytics for risk and impact analysis) to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Translate business goals into actionable plans and user stories, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts within the delivery capability.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in project management and/or business analysis, ideally in consulting or client-facing environments.
- Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools that support delivery and analysis workflows.
- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and adapt to changing priorities.
- PMP, CBAP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary pay range is $105,000 to $148,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
