Role Description:
We are looking for a Consultant to join our Process Mining practice inside the Intelligent Process & Performance capability. As part of the team, you will bring and develop experience in process optimization powered by Process Mining.
As a Consultant, you will contribute to the development of our Intelligent Process and Performance practice by:
- Analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and international clients.
- Document processes, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Participate in our business processes by developing and customizing proposals through sales presentations.
- Provide strategic vision in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Business & Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or similar
- At least 1 year of professional experience in process mining, data analysis, data science (Mainly Celonis)Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, ARIS, Bizagi,…).
- Experience in process management and process automation projects.
- Ability to define, execute, and document test scenarios aligned with business requirements
- Strong communication skills to facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Process modeling with BPMN standards.
- Fluency and comprehension in English and Spanish, with the ability to work as part of an international team.
- Analytical skills, results-oriented.
- Desirable knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Workflows (certification desirable).
