Role Description:
As a Senior Consultant – Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating transformation projects within the finance function of a major banking institution. You will ensure timely and high-quality delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Your role will require a strong understanding of financial processes, accounting, project management, and technical expertise in databases and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end project delivery.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders (Business, IT, Compliance, etc.).
- Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing databases.
- Prepare progress reports and executive presentations.
- Perform reconciliations and support users in project operations.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager, preferably in banking or financial consulting.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial processes (accounting, management control, regulatory reporting, etc.).
- Proven experience in digital transformation or financial automation projects.
- Solid database skills (SQL) and proficiency in analytical tools (Power BI, advanced Excel).
- Languages: High level of Spanish and advanced English (minimum B2+).
