Our demand for high-end strategic finance functions like FP&A and Treasury is rapidly increasing. We are looking to strengthen our team with deep domain experts who can shape up large BPM deals, reimagine transformed FP&A function, and shape up our client’s FP&A agenda across industries.
FP&A Sales practitioner role combines selling skills with deep domain and commercial acumen. You will transform the way finance works in the future by engaging in activities below:
• Leading and shaping winning proposal for FP&A BPM deals
• Lead Sales growth and mining in existing accounts for specific MUs and industries
• Originate deals working with market sales teams and Account leadership teams
• Creating value propositions in deal, leading client orals, workshops and other key sales effectiveness activities from origination to win stage
• Co-innovate and lead Transformation agenda for our clients
• Develop FP&A and EPM capability through Thought leadership, technology drive product development, demonstrating deep domain expertise in building future finance propositions, and perform diagnostic/ due diligence, client co-design workshops for existing and prospective clients

• Hold post graduate finance degree such as CA, CFA, or MBA (Fin)
• Deep Domain expertise in FP&A, EPM, Treasury
• Hands-on operations or transformation experience in FP&A within industries like CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Media, Hospitality, Healthcare or Financial Services
• Have delivered at least 2 large scale F&A deals or Tech. led FP&A Transformation for large global Clients
• Well versed with Industry Digital FP&A/ EPM/ Treasury technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics plus already have a proven track record of implementing Digital finance solutions
• Developing strong client relationships, drive client dialogue both at GPO and at CFO level, and in shaping and delivering value-led finance projects.
• Solid team player who thrives when working in a fast-paced, high energy and project-oriented environment and accustomed to driving outcomes in matrixed organization structures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering complex transformation projects
• You are an action and results-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured, quality focused and adaptable
• You are flexible to travel and adjust to working shift patterns aligned with projects
• You can do process diagnostics, blueprinting and are savvy with PowerPoint and Excel.
