Role Overview
Location: Bangalore
The Senior Associate for the Responsible AI Office will support the development and market success of responsible AI initiatives while building expertise in a rapidly growing field. This role involves working across technical teams, business functions, and external stakeholders to ensure AI offerings meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
You will gain hands-on experience in responsible AI practices, contribute to product development, customer engagement, and industry standards, and help shape how responsible AI capabilities are developed and delivered to market.
Key Responsibilities
RAI Offerings & Commercial Strategy (35%)
- Develop market-ready responsible AI tools, frameworks, and assessment methodologies.
- Assist with RFP responses, technical content, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare technical briefings and positioning materials for customer presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Support business case development and pricing strategies.
- Create customer education materials and thought leadership content.
Program Management & Operations (25%)
- Provide project management support for cross-functional initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, and manage timelines.
- Support budget management and resource allocation.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and customer engagement activities.
Industry Standards & External Engagement (20%)
- Participate in industry standards organizations (IEEE, ISO, NIST).
- Research emerging AI governance frameworks and regulatory developments.
- Prepare position papers and consultation responses.
- Coordinate external engagement activities including conferences and thought leadership.
Internal Governance & Business Enablement (20%)
- Develop and implement internal AI governance policies.
- Assist with training programs for sales and customer success teams.
- Support compliance assessments and audit preparation.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and create transparency reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in technology, consulting, or business strategy.
- Strong analytical and research skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication skills and experience creating customer-facing materials.
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and business models.
- Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS in a technical field).
- Experience in technology commercialization, product marketing, or customer success.
- Background in regulatory compliance and international business.
- Experience with data analysis tools and content marketing.
