Job Description And Responsibilities:
The Digital Product Manager (DPM) will be part of the Intelligent Automation and Digitization team, which delivers high-impact consulting,
strategy, business excellence, and analytics projects to our clients across MENA.
For the first year in this particular role, the DPM is expected
to solely own of digital products and services of the largest semi-governmental company in the real estate industry.
The DPM’s main duties are as follows:
• Define and execute product strategy through market research, competitive analysis, and innovation
• Evaluate and reconfigure existing offerings to meet changing customer and market needs
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and ongoing optimization
• Develop business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Mentor team members and support capability building, performance, and engagement. Lead product delivery as PO, actively participate in
Agile delivery ceremonies guide the development team in the product and the sprint backlog
• Build a digital product development and management framework/ methodology leveraging best practices aligned with client peculiarities
• Train and guide other junior product managers in the team
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Extensive relevant experience, including proven experience within a similar industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
• Strong knowledge of business strategy and operations frameworks
• Strong track record of launching and optimizing digital or enterprise solutions
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and innovation strategy
• Experience working with a management consultancy firm for 2+ years is a Must
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in Product Management tooling, i.e., Amplitude, Full Story, Adobe Experience Cloud, Mixpanel, etc.
Seniority Level:
• Years of Experience: 5–10 years overall.
• Consulting Exposure: At least 2–4 years in strategy/consulting.
• Product Execution: 2–4 years in product management/innovation roles (launching or managing digital products).
• Stakeholder Management: Comfortable engaging with government clients, family offices, or semi-government authorities.
