We are looking for a Junior Research Executive to join our Insights team and support the delivery of high-quality research projects. In this role, you will work closely with project management, research and domain teams, while supporting a France-based team, to ensure smooth project execution from set-up through to delivery.
This is an entry-level role that combines learning, collaboration and hands-on project work. You will receive structured training and ongoing support to build strong foundations in research delivery, analysis and insight generation, while contributing to international projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of research projects under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist with questionnaire set-up, updates and the preparation of research materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Project Management, Data Processing and Fieldwork, to help ensure projects remain on track.
- Prepare and review project materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards and GDPR requirements.
- Support data validation, basic analysis and the interpretation of research findings.
- Prepare charts, tables and draft commentary for presentations and client deliverables.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including France-based teams.
- Learn Kantar's research methodologies, tools and processes through structured training and development.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Economics or a related discipline preferred).
- Strong interest in market research, consumer behaviour and insights.
- Good analytical skills and confidence working with data (full training will be provided).
- Very good written and spoken English; French language skills would be a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively to deadlines.
- Openness to learning and working in a multicultural, international environment.
