The Team
Our DTS team provides following services to clients:
- Data & Applied Intelligence - Helping clients in harnessing the power of data and cutting-edge analytics to drive intelligent decision-making and transform businesses.
- Product and Innovation - Empowering clients to innovate, develop, and launch products that drives growth and competitive advantage.
- Technology M&A and Strategy - Assist clients to manage the technology aspects and business enablement of complex M&A, integrations and carve-outs.
- Technology Transformation - A&M helps clients create a scalable, cost-effective IT function that delivers the company's strategic vision and priorities.
How you will contribute
1. AI Strategy & Enterprise Transformation:
- Partner with global business leaders to define AI vision, strategy, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI use cases across front/middle/back-office functions
- Lead AI opportunity assessments, business case development, and value realization initiatives.
- Drive enterprise adoption of AI-first ways of working.
- Develop high-level AI solution architectures and technology blueprints, including evaluation of build-versus-buy decisions and vendor ecosystem strategies.
2. GCC Capability Building:
- Build capabilities in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Prompt Engineering, and Intelligent Automation.
- Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, playbooks, and solution assets.
- Establish talent development programs, learning pathways, and certification initiatives.
3. Solution Delivery & Governance:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI programs.
- Ensure alignment across business requirements, data strategy, architecture, security, and governance.
- Establish Responsible AI practices, governance frameworks, and enterprise controls.
4. Stakeholder Management & Thought Leadership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to global business and technology leadership teams.
- Facilitate executive AI visioning workshops and strategic discussions.
- Drive innovation programs, AI incubation initiatives, and external ecosystem partnerships.
5. People Leadership:
- Build and lead teams comprising AI consultants, data scientists, ML engineers, architects, and product managers.
- Foster a high-performance, innovation-led culture and develop future leadership pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline; MBA/Master's preferred.
- 15+ years of experience across consulting, AI, analytics, data, or digital transformation.
- 5+ years leading large-scale AI, analytics, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Proven experience managing global, cross-functional teams and senior executive stakeholders.
