Alchemy Partners works with C-Suite clients across government and private sectors, with teams based in Canberra and Sydney.
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking new team members at the equivalent of Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager and Directors. We’re looking for individuals with skills in any of the following areas:
Service design / user experience:
- Design, implement and improve services aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Research and understand user needs, motivations and behaviours.
- Design thinking, journey mapping and prototyping, using appropriate tools.
Business analysis:
- Analyse business processes, systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
- Gather and document business requirements and turn into actionable insights.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.
PMO design, implementation and delivery:
- Drive the tailored design of various PMOs focused on business performance and enterprise value.
- Support portfolio, program and project managers in planning, executing and closing initiatives and transformations.
- Create and maintain governance and assurance documentation including reports, schedules and risk logs.
- Ensure adherence to governance and processes.
Alchemy Partners requires all applicants to have demonstrative capabilities in the following:
- Consulting services provision.
- Project management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking.
- Collaborative design techniques and methods.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
As most of our clients in Canberra are government, minimum baseline security clearance is required. Applicants need to be Australian citizens for Canberra roles.
The roles can be full-time or part-time (3-4 days per week) and are hybrid, depending on client needs. Team members work from home when appropriate and will need to have a suitable working space.

Alchemy Partners works with senior stakeholders at leading organisations across Canberra and Sydney. You will be working directly with the business Partners who are well known in their fields of expertise. In addition, we offer:
- We pay market rates equivalent to the Big 4 pay scales. Salary range $105k-$180k for Senior Consultant to Senior Manager roles, Director salary negotiable.
