Job Objective:
Trinity is seeking an experienced Principal Consultant (PC) candidate to join the leadership team of our Business Intelligence practice.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Lead engagement planning, budgeting, resource mobilization and deliverable definition
- Proactively monitor project progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
- Strong project/program management skills
People Development
- Lead and nurture a consulting team for client engagements and BI practice area
- Participate actively in performance management processes for counselees and team members
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as trusted advisor to client leadership and develop client relationships with a focus to expand D Cube’s presence at clients through thought leadership
- Develop and leverage client relationships to help identify and pursue sales opportunities.
- Lead development of the BI pursuits, including both solution development and written / oral proposals
Requirements :
- 8+ years of professional experience
- End-to-end BI transformation experience
- Experience in managing large teams and multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Experience in designing dashboards, reports and storyboards from scratch including metric finalization and visualizations choices
- o Experience with database query i.e., SQL (must have) and building data models
- Experience with visualization tools e.g., Tableau (must have), QlikSense, PowerBI, Spotfire
- Very good understanding of Pharma domain with experience in Pharma data sets such as:
- Sales Data - IQVIA DDD, Xponent, 867, SHA Prescriber Source and Other equivalent dataset,
- Patient level data - RWD Data Lake, Humedica through redshift, Optum/ DRG Claims
- Call Activity Data,
- Market Access,
- Patient Support Programs,
- Marketing Data
Qualifications
Any B.Tech Graduate/Post Graduate.
