About the job:
- Consulting the management of our banking clients in mastering their strategic and operational tasks
- Involvement in challenging projects in all aspects of the banking industry
- You will have the opportunity to influence the modernization and digital transformation of the banking industry and introduce new solutions into the client’s business
- You will have a chance to participate as a member of the client’s team on projects ranging from fintech mergers and acquisitions, target operating model development, or even developing new automation solutions
- Work on the frontline and gather the necessary requirements to then create the appropriate business analysis, documentation and specification required for project implementation
- Collaborate on the execution of projects by analyzing and actively consulting with the clients to understand their vision and needs, sometimes you will have to travel abroad of Slovakia (mainly in Germany, Switzerland and Great Britain)
About you:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, or Information Technology or other relevant fields
- Professional industry experience in Management Consulting or Finance is a strong advantage
- Experience working with project management methodology is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; professional experience in Business Analysis is beneficial
- Strong communication skills in English
- Affinity to information technology; profound MS Office skills, any other technology experience is a benefit
- Strong team player with excellent soft skills and entrepreneurial attitude

Salary offered for this position starts at 2000 EUR. Final salary depends on your seniority level, skills and experience.
