The team
Our Finance & Performance team serves as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.
As a Specialist Master you will lead and deliver small engagements, or components of larger more complex engagements, that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.; designing, building, and maintaining Anaplan models and modules to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategy formulation.
- Leading full life cycle implementations.
- Developing statements of work and/or client proposals.
- Identifying business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architecture.
- Developing and managing vendor relationships.
- Leading workshops for client education.
- Managing resources and budget on client projects.
- Supporting and driving the team by providing oversight.
Qualifications
Required:
- 6 plus years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment with a large or boutique consulting firm; or serving as an internal consultant within industry.
- 1 plus years of experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect and/or Anaplan Delivery Manager.
- 2 plus years’ experience leading and managing project teams.
- Anaplan Model Builder certification
- Expertise in complex data analysis (specifically as it relates to financial planning)
- Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology; Agile preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred
- Advanced Degree preferred.
- Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes.
- Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation.
- A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements.
- Willingness to mentor junior staff.
- Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries.
- Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Ability to collaborate with clients.
- Experience with program leadership, governance and change enablement.
At Deloitte, the compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $138,000 to $230,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137000 to $230000.
