Beyond our syndicated solutions, we also integrate and synthesize data to deliver unparalleled analytics and insights into various aspects of the 340B program and the pharmaceutical supply chain.
The Senior Associate is a staff level consulting position. This position requires highly motivated problem solvers with solid analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, and a desire to advance within the organization. Additionally, we are looking for individuals who can be agile, think outside the box and lead with an entrepreneurial spirit. BRG currently has over 40 offices across the United States and internationally. This position is located inWashington, DC or New York, NY.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate creativity and efficient use of relevant software tools, analytical methods and computer models to develop solutions.
- Provide support on all aspects of small to medium sized client engagements and discrete segments of larger projects.
- Develop analyses and financial models using transactional data and/or financial data.
- Provide valuable contributions to client deliverables and product enhancements.
- Participate in a team environment and prioritize assignments and responsibilitiestomeet goals and deadlines.
- Help manage parts of the project and/or product lifecycle across client implementations and/or practice initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and an undergraduate level understanding of business, finance, accounting, statistics, product development or data analysis
- 2-4 years of work experience with a focus in data analytics, project/product management or business operations
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to independently execute complex data analytics in at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, SAS, SPSS, Stata, R, etc.). An interest in growing these skills and training others is required.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Desire to work in a team environment.
- Commitment to producing high quality analysis and attention todetail.

Salary Range:$70,000 $135,000per year
