Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled management consulting professionals at the Manager level to join our team. We value individuals with a proven track record and a strong dedication to delivering impactful outcomes for our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a focal point for all IS stakeholders, including the IS Director and different department GMs, Directors, and managers.
- Support in budget development and project planning for IS projects and initiatives.
- Support in updating the department's IS strategy and direction.
- Support in building the department's annual procurement plan.
- Manage and supervise strategic projects and programs, ensure proper documentation (plans, specifications, delivery list, logistics) and provide updates, advice, and recommendations.
- Assess and analyze project documents and deliverables for projects initiated during 2024/2025.
- Support in developing the department’s AOP (initiatives master plan).
- Support in building the department’s annual capacity plan.
- Develop status and achievement reports for IS initiatives and projects.
- Manage and supervise the preparation of impact analyses and develop mitigation plans.
- Support in designing and maintaining the department's scorecards.
- Analyze and assess IS department’s processes, including KPIs and SLAs, and provide recommendations/action plans to achieve performance targets.
- Support in organizational structure updating, development of the department’s roles and responsibilities, and re-assessment and development of employee JDs and TRFs during the manpower planning phase and before recruitment.
- Develop the department's training plan.
- Support with reviewing official correspondence and reports and providing updates and recommendations.
- Develop business requirements documents and maintain technical documentation.
- Manage the department’s vendors relationships and supervise the delivery of different types of deliverables in written and visual formats.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises and market studies/analysis related to IS.
- Develop executive presentations and provide Ad-hoc support when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Total of 6 to 10 years of experience, including at least 2 to 3 years in the management consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of Information Security is preferred.
