Champion change to create thriving workplaces.
As a valued workplace adviser, you will partner with senior advisers to perform outreach activities, conduct research, identify key insights, build executive presentations and contribute to completing projects with excellence. We will look to you to build a database of contacts, organize client meetings, guide esteemed client relationships and manage the full cycle for pursuits. You will not only understand our business but, more importantly, our clients’ business, primarily in government entities. You will know them better than they know themselves as you uncover their challenges, identify how to help them grow and improve, and design transformative solutions as they advance their initiatives to the next level.
Your mastery fuels your growth. You will have numerous developmental experiences — from assisting on pursuits to designing solutions to creating well-researched deliverables — as you collaborate with world-class business leaders. You will actively learn all aspects of our business as an essential part of a team that owns a project’s success. Because of your investment in various government clients, you will soon become a highly respected business adviser with revenue goals.
Who we want:
Competitive performers and driven disruptors who are never satisfied with the status quo, continually strive to be the best, and embrace owning and exceeding revenue goals
Trusted advisers whose executive presence, savvy business thinking and engaging personalities empower them to initiate change, challenge assumptions, capitalize on opportunities and influence decision-makers
Client-obsessed consultants who are advisers first and who understand their clients’ needs, grow deep consultative partnerships and conceptualize solutions at all complexity levels
Continual learners who ask thoughtful questions, listen with intellectual curiosity, and who are driven to master various processes and content to add compelling, data-driven insights to every discussion
Organized overachievers who are fast-paced, self-motivated, and driven to manage multiple pursuits and project deliverables with excellence
