About the job:
The Dr DQ team sits within the broader Data Quality team which includes Data Culture, Process & Controls Excellence Pro-active Insights and Dr DQ.
This role is a hybrid role, 50% as a scrum master and 50% as a Dr DQ Analyst.
Dr DQ Analyst
As a Dr DQ Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the effectiveness of our Data Quality function, within the Report, Fix, Prevent strategy.
FIX: You will be the point person working with Data, MI, Systems and the business to resolve data issues.
PREVENT: You will group similar tickets together and perform root cause analysis to understand what went wrong, put forward recommendations and work with the business to implement the solutions.
REPORT: You will ask “could we have found this before the end user” and work with MI to put reports in place to catch bad data before end users
Responsibilities:
Ensure DQ issues are triaged in a timely manner (meeting agreed SLAs).
Work closely with stakeholders to fully understand the issues.
Own DQ issues through full life cycle.
Have DQ issues resolved in a timely manner.
Work closely with the stakeholders to keep everyone informed of what is happening on each ticket.
Scrum Master
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the successful implementation of Agile methodologies across the Data Quality team (17 people across London and Bratislava), ensuring efficient and effective delivery of DQ BAU deliverables and projects.
Some of the key tasks may include:
- Manage scope and timeline of specific DQ Projects
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and stand-ups
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Work with the team to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide our team to scrum maturity
Your Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience
Salary range offered starts at 2500 EUR, may vary based on your seniority level, skills and experience.
