Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) as one of A&M’s core competencies advise clients in improving profitability targets and leading clients out of strategic and operational crisis situations in a sustainable manner. In the process, our short-term focus is always on restoring the financial and operational performance of the companies. As part of the EMEA CTS team, you support clients in various industries (e.g. including retail, automotive, manufacturing) from the upper medium-sized businesses and international corporations.
As a (Senior) Associate(m/f/d) you will manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the European Corporate Transformation team:
- Development and implementation of pioneering transformation concepts
- Supporting clients in transformation and turnaround projects (\rapid results\)
- International projects focused on strategy, corporate structureor company-wide efficiency improvements
At best you already have some relevant consulting experience and the following qualifications:
- Excellent academic credentials (Master's degree or higher);
- Years of relevant experience in a leading international strategy or management consultancy;
- Comprehensive knowledge of restructuring, operations, and project management;
- A goal-orientated, charismatic professional with the ambition to grow and inspire others;
- Professional and confident working style, with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Native or business fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
