Key Responsibilities
What you will do
- Own communication with a diverse landscape of vendors across a global scope in the telecommunications industry.
- Ensure vendors are appropriately engaged with internal processes and procedures.
- Manage, track and drive vendor incidents to closure and ensure implementation of improvement measures where needed.
- Identify areas of improvement to increase network reliability, efficiency and reduce overhead where possible.
- Analyze vendor performance data and reports by developing vendor scorecards and provide feedback to the business on vendor performance KPIs.
- Conduct regular vendor reviews and evaluations to address and resolve challenges related to vendor relationships and deliverables.
- Utilize internal tools and dashboards to ensure vendor performance, risks, and/or blockers are properly tracked.
- Provide written and other communications to globally dispersed audiences, as directed.
- Work closely with internal partners/stakeholders and external vendors to improve the network operations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in vendor management.
Preferred Qualifications
What you should bring
- 4+ years’ recent experience relevant to vendor management/operations.
- 4+ years’ of experience initiating and driving projects to completion independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with relationship-building abilities.
- Self-starter, attentive, with the ability to successfully execute work both independently
and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem solving, coordination and multi-tasking experience skills in a fast
paced working environment.
- Critical thinker who is proactive in identifying problems and promoting problem
resolution.
- Have a good sense of work ethics and team spirit!

Nice To Haves
- Experience effectively working with teams in remote and geographically dispersed locations and understanding of the inherent implications and challenges of working as part of a global team strongly preferred.
- Experience manipulating large data sets of performance and financial metrics is a plus.
- Experience or knowledge of network operations/telecommunications industry
