Role description
We are looking for an early career Analyst to work primarily in our public sector practice who has 1-3 years' experience in management consulting or an internal project role. The Analyst will contribute to client-facing projects and be responsible for tasks related to strategy development, business planning, workshop facilitation, public policy advisory, project management and transformation advisory on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for someone who can commit to 3 days per week on a flexible arrangement for a 12-month period. For the right person who can prove themselves there is the potential for more hours and a long-term career in this fast-growing business.
What we are looking for
You are someone who has lots of initiative and enjoys a fast-paced environment. You are naturally client focused and organised - you can pick up a regular workload and communicate when you have capacity or have ideas to contribute to the team or broader business. This is a fully remote role, so you must be able to self-manage and enjoy flexible hours. You will get great exposure to a growing consulting business in this role - it could suit an early career junior consultant, a post-grad student or a mum looking for flexible hours, who is keen to pursue a career in management consulting. Some onsite client meetings and workshops will be required and we hope to meet for co-working in the city once a month.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Project Coordination
- Strong Communication skills (verbal, written, visual)
- Experience in management consulting or related field
- Experience in government / public policy highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree (relevant area desirable)
