Our capable Associates lead project work streams utilizing Huron tools and methodologies and industry best practices —as well as innovative analytics and technologies to implement complex, comprehensive solutions. Skilled relationship builders, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations. They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. Requirements:
- Certification and hands-on experience in Workday Benefits is mandatory.
- Successfully delivered at least one Workday Benefits implementation across two phases.
- Configure Workday Benefits solutions, conduct testing, and resolve functional issues.
- Lead client sessions to gather, analyze, and implement Workday solutions using best practices.
- Assist with legacy data conversion, security configurations, and Workday release impact analysis.
- Develop client deliverables for complex projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
Preferences:
- Expertise in passive events, open enrollment, and benefit plan types.
- Experience in creating tailored reports in Workday Benefits.
- Ability to demonstrate configurations through prototypes.
- Capable of handling multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
- Identify and implement best practices for benefits administration.
- Ability to resolve complex business scenarios within Workday Benefits.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively to ensure client satisfaction.
