We are seeking a skilled and innovative Workday HCM Consultant to join our team and drive successful Workday implementations using the Launch methodology.
We are seeking a Workday Mid-Enterprise HCM Consultant to implement and support Workday HCM solutions for launch/mid-sized businesses. Responsibilities include configuring core HCM functionalities such as organizational structures, job profiles, business processes, security, and reporting. The consultant will work closely with project teams to enhance system functionality, ensure data accuracy, and drive process improvements. Workday HCM certification and prior experience in mid-enterprise implementations are highly desirable.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
- 5+ years of experience in Workday implementations with at least 3 end-to-end HCM deployments.
- Strong data migration skills to ensure accuracy when transferring from legacy systems.
- Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and optimization of Workday solutions.
- Ability to lead workshops and training for clients on Workday functionalities.
Preferences:
- Workday Core HCM Certification (Compensation & Advanced Compensation certifications are a plus).
- Strong communication & collaboration skills, with experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
