They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. Requirements:
- Workday Time Tracking/Absence Certification (Must). Workday Payroll Certification (Additional advantage)
- 5+ years of Workday Time Tracking & Absence implementation experience across various customers
- Expertise in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Accruals, Business Processes, Reports, and EIBs
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and interact effectively with clients and teams
- Experience conducting working sessions, configuring solutions, and analyzing Workday release impacts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Preferences:
- Payroll knowledge and understanding of Payroll legislation
- Global Time Tracking and Absence experience
- Proven delivery of 3+ Workday Time Tracking & Absence implementations across at least two phases
