Callida’s Procurement practice undertakes work across Federal Government. We are a leading provider of commercial services, providing high quality advice and support to procurement projects, contract and vendor management, as well as procurement specific financial and project management.
Our team is growing, and we are looking for suitably qualified and experienced procurement and contract management professionals to join our team. Our team is collaborative, motivated and well-established. We have positions available at all levels.
As a member of the Costing and Procurement team, you will have the opportunity do meaningful and challenging work that will have a direct positive impact for Australia through the delivery of the objectives of the government. These projects will challenge you, grow your skills and help you to progress your career in a supportive team-based environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years professional experience in procurement and/or contract management
- The ability to work collaboratively and effectively with the team, clients and stakeholders
- Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders and clients
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills
- The ability to think strategically and creatively to provide the best client services
- Be self-motivated and confident with the ability to influence clients
- Experience working with large Australian Government departments and agencies (although this is desirable, but not essential).
