overseas to deliver over 10 million radiology scans to external stakeholders every year.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst at Zed Technologies, you’ll collaborate closely with the Product Manager, engineers, designer, and key stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our solutions are aligned with both customer needs and business objectives, while supporting the internal development team throughout sprint cycles. Additionally, you’ll contribute to comprehensive product documentation to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing.
This is a 3 month fixed-term contract, comprising 38 hours per week. Hybrid location based at Zed Technologies office in Melbourne CDB.
About You

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum)
- Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The following skills bring added value:
- Exposure to APIs, data mapping, or software integration projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory or privacy considerations (e.g. HIPAA, Australian Privacy Act) in digital products.
The following experience is essential for success in the role:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment

- Background in software implementation or systems integration projects
