Role description:
You will experience transformation from business and technological perspectives. You will experience the issues faced by manufacturers across the key challenges in the current digital era, along with experience in the transformation program lifecycle from strategy right through to implementation. You will have a key role in delivering our most challenging assignments and in growing our Manufacturing, Engineering and Automotive sectors.
Requirements:
- High English level (C1), with ability to work as part of an international team
- You’ll be experienced in consultancy methods and tools, learned through either working for a consulting organization or via project implementation in a global company
Min. 2 years of professional experience in consulting related to:
- Design and Manufacturing Engineering processes optimization
- Product development technology
- PLM systems
- Configuration Management
- Collaborative design
- Product modularization strategy
- Engineering change management process knowledge
- CAD/CAM/CAE knowledge at functional level
- Applied Digital Continuity and Digital Twin concepts
- General technological consulting projects
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results oriented
- Strong presentation skills and experience in presenting work results to senior management level
- Able to empathize with clients and to work under pressure, with demanding deadlines
- Autonomous, proactive, open-minded, and able to propose creative solutions for the issues faced
