Role Overview:
As a Consultant with 2-5 years of experience at 35 South, you will leverage your expertise in management consulting to deliver strategic solutions for our government clients. This role demands a blend of analytical skills, client management, and a deep understanding of public sector challenges. You will be integral to driving successful project outcomes by offering data-driven insights, strategic advice, and robust problem-solving approaches.
Key Responsibilities may include:
- Lead and participate in client workshops, presentations, and stakeholder engagements.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Support the identification and mitigation of risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory and policy requirements.
- Foster strong client relationships through consistent communication, understanding of their needs, and delivery of tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Lead and contribution to the development of client deliverables and other work products.
- Conduct comprehensive financial and economic analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and deliver business cases, feasibility studies, and investment prioritisation frameworks.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in management consulting or in government, ideally with exposure to government or public sector clients.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
Other relevant but not essential skills:
- Proficiency in financial modeling, business case development, and strategic planning.
