About the Role
Must have:

- Building information modelling
- Software transformation

- Design and R&D experience
- Design for X (Value, Six Sigma, Cost)
- Process mapping, Value-stream mapping
- Well versed in Agile and SDLC processes
- Experienced in EPC
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on key areas in Asset lifecycle management, Plant Engineering and design like Building modelling Transformation, Digital plant design, Building Twins, and Gen AI Adoption to drive innovation and business value.
- Proficient in engineering tools with complete understanding of their capabilities. In depth understanding of asset management in manufacturing operations, EPC value chain, from concept through commissioning, engineering methodologies, data standards and BIM platforms (Autodesk, Bentley, Aveva, Hexagon).
- Provide insights and strategic consulting on best practices within Asset management transformation, engineering, procurement, and construction management.
- Assist clients in the Selection, implementation, customization, and optimization of appropriate AIM, BIM tools to meet requirement.
- 5+ years of overall experience in Manufacturing, EPC, Engineering industry with 1+ years into consulting (Preferably).
- Experience in requirement gathering, design, optimization and / or implementation of business processes and knowledge in asset lifecycle management, Maintenance planning, predictive maintenance. Knowledge of PLM is an added advantage.
- Deliver strategic market insights, perform need gap analysis, and design tailored solutions, including “As-Is” and “To-Be” state mapping, ensuring alignment with client goals and project scope.
- Develop assets, accelerators, and points of view on emerging trends in Asset management transformation, Digital plant design, Sustainability etc.
- Bring a good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and experience with Cloud platforms, Model based system engineering, helping clients navigate complex product development and transformation challenges.
- Experienced in conducting POCs, and/or contributed in Software solution development, working with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) to drive iterative development, continuous improvement, and faster delivery of client solutions.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, MS Projects, and Confluence is a plus. Must have strong project management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's engineering degree preferably from Mechanical, Civil and Electrical disciplines.
- MBA / PGDM or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
