They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. Requirements:
- Workday Talent & Performance Certification (Mandatory). Learning Certification is an advantage
- 4-8 years of experience implementing and maintaining Workday Talent & Performance systems
- Strong expertise in Employee Review, Calibration, Goal Management, and Succession Planning
- Experience managing Talent & Performance project timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Ability to analyze, configure, test, and deploy Talent & Performance solutions in Workday
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing change management, training, and communication strategies
Preferences:
- Successful delivery of 2+ Talent implementations across at least two phases
- Experience with HRIS and HCM implementation projects
- Knowledge of Talent & Performance business processes and cross-functional HR integration
- Familiarity with organizational structures and stakeholder engagement
