About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you'll be right in the action, and working alongside architects, stakeholders and business leads to drive change that sticks.
This role is perfect for someone who has a few solid years of consulting experience, thrives in complex, dynamic environments, and is ready to take the next step in their career – with the backing of a supportive, experienced team.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll contribute to high-impact transformation projects by bringing structure, creativity, and systems thinking to complex challenges. Your responsibilities may include:
- Leading co-design sessions and workshops with clients and delivery teams.
- Supporting prototyping and experimentation alongside enterprise architects.
- Synthesising insights from design research and experiments to shape recommendations.
- Collaborating across disciplines (strategy, architecture, data, and tech) to make ideas real.
- Supporting the practice with continuous improvement in how we work and deliver value.
- Building relationships with clients and contributing to new proposals and ideas.
- Developing and maintaining application and technology portfolio models, helping identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across the tech landscape.
- Supporting the creation of architecture models and artefacts such as capability maps, service blueprints, and operating models.
- Facilitating alignment across teams and translating ideas into scalable service blueprints.
- Supporting the development of operating models, capability maps, and business and technology roadmaps.
- Ensuring service design outputs are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and deliverables.
Your Skills & Experience
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement – you know how to guide a room and build momentum.
- Experience in co-design, prototyping, or human-centred design in complex environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts like capability modelling or target operating models.
- Ability to synthesise insights and connect the dots between design, business, and technology.
- Experience in managing change and supporting people through transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of modern operating models, such as agile at scale or product/platform models.
- Exposure to data and AI considerations in enterprise strategy
- Excellent communication and visual storytelling skills – in tools like Miro, PowerPoint, or Figma.
