As Case Manager, reporting to Partners you'll drive end-to-end project delivery, lead high-performing teams, and influence clients at the highest levels.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and managing strategy projects from planning to execution.
- Structuring problem-solving approaches and ensuring quality of insights and outputs.
- Mentoring junior consultants and driving capability-building within the team.
- Cultivating client relationships and influencing senior decision-makers.
- Playing an active role in business development and internal firm initiatives.
- Contributing to practice growth, thought leadership, and sector development.
What we’re looking for:
- 4–6 years of management consulting experience from Big 4 or high-quality boutique strategy consultancy.
- Demonstrated experience leading and delivering strategic engagements.
- Superior problem-solving ability and structured thinking.
- Strong quantitative skills and comfort with data-driven analysis.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Proven ability leading small teams, managing stakeholders, and developing client relationships.
- A team-first mindset and passion for growing people and capability within the firm.
