Roundtree Search has been exclusively mandated by a highly regarded Real Estate private equity firm to find a talented Analyst/Associate for their growing Sydney-based team. With a growing pipeline across Australia, the firm focuses on opportunistic and value-add investments in the Living sector — including Build-to-Rent, student accommodation and co-living.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing investment platform with a flat structure, global capital partners and an entrepreneurial culture. As an Analyst/Associate, you’ll gain hands-on exposure "cradle to grave", across the full deal lifecycle: market research, capital raising with both private and institutional partners, underwriting of investment opportunities, investment committee preparation, execution, development feasibility and asset management.
The role offers broad exposure to real estate private equity investing — and the chance to work closely with senior leadership on complex transactions across Australia.
We’re looking for candidates with 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, real estate advisory, real estate private equity/funds management, or corporate finance.
Strong financial modelling skills (excel), commercial acumen and a genuine interest in the investment opportunities within the Australian living sector, are essential.
