This role provides expert consulting services in the domain of rates and revenue to our Local government clients. The Business Consultant works closely with our customers to understand their requirements and helps them in areas of application training, implementation and configuration as well as driving and assisting across business processing tasks/activities.
This position gives you the incredible opportunity to facilitate training sessions and facilitate workshops for our esteemed local government clients. It empowers you to have a direct impact on client operations, creating a tangible difference with your captivating training sessions and captivating workshops.

Requirements
What you will do to be successful in this role
- Demonstrating exceptional skill in efficiently managing the entire lifecycle of ERP projects, spanning from inception and strategic planning to flawless execution and release, followed by unparalleled post-implementation assistance and continuous system upkeep
- Deliver top-notch business consulting and technical services, offering personalized solutions for clients through an array of expertise including product configuration and in-depth analysis of intricate data structures
- Experience in the Local Government, Rates & Revenue sector is a highly sought-after asset
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to our esteemed customers on the incredible features of the Authority LG Enterprise Rates and Revenues modules. These modules cover a range of areas, including Rates, Property, Infringements, and Utility Billing. Prepare to enlighten and empower our customers with your expertise
- You will play a crucial role in developing engaging training materials and comprehensive Business Process Manuals
- Possess a wealth of experience in consulting, business analysis, or service-oriented roles
