About the job:
Core Responsibilities:
- Training Needs Assessment:
- Identifying gaps in employee skills and best ways to train (e.g. Instructor led, QRGs).
- Curriculum Development:
- Working with SMEs to source content.
- Ensuring content is understandable for audience develop and maintain templates which can be used by SMEs for the learning.
- Guiding SMEs in the best way to train/ deliver their message.
- Training Delivery:
- Facilitating training sessions, either in-person or online, and ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Program Evaluation:
- Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as needed to ensure they meet organizational needs.
- L&D Strategy:
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the overall program L&D strategy, aligning training initiatives with business goals.
About you:
- First class Master’s degree from a prestigious university or university of applied sciences
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- High capacity for teamwork and social skills.
- At least 4 years of work experience from a consulting or banking sector.
- Good to have:
- Wealth management knowledge.
- Experience in large scale projects.
- Setting up L&D hubs on SharePoint.
- Experience working with staff on client facing roles.
- Must have:
- Stakeholder management.
- Collaboration with cross functional stakeholders.
- SharePoint experience.
- Change management experience.
