We are seeking a driven and analytical Supply Chain Consultant & Manager to join a growing Sydney team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients to assess their current operations, identify improvement opportunities, and implement innovative supply chain solutions that create lasting value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end supply chain assessments, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable strategies
- Design and implement supply chain models, KPIs, and digital tools
- Lead client workshops and cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus
- Support project management activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or management consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain technologies is a plus
- Ability to travel as needed for client engagements
