Demand Generation Lead – Upgrade Program
Location: Flexible (Remote or Hybrid)
Contract: 6-12 Months (View to Extend)
We’re partnering with a major infrastructure organisation that’s delivering one of the largest upgrade programs in the country. As part of this transformation, we’re looking for a Demand Generation Lead to develop and execute strategies that convert upgraded buildings into active, connected customers.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll lead initiatives across marketing, commercial, and delivery teams to increase awareness, improve customer experience, and drive measurable uptake across targeted areas.
It’s ideally suited to someone with a consulting or commercial transformation background who thrives on data-led execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivering real outcomes.
Your Mission
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive adoption of upgraded network services
- Identify and address drop-off points across the customer funnel—from awareness to activation
- Work across teams including marketing, customer operations, and external delivery partners
- Drive campaigns and initiatives that convert infrastructure-ready sites into connected customers
- Implement targeted outreach and localised engagement strategies
- Build a performance and reporting framework that enables continuous optimisation
Ideal Background
- Consulting or commercial strategy experience, particularly in transformation or customer growth roles
- Track record of delivering end-to-end demand generation or customer adoption programs
- Skilled at working in complex stakeholder environments, with the ability to influence across teams
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure, utilities, or network rollouts (preferred but not essential)
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and measurable results
- Confident developing go-to-market approaches, customer engagement plans, and partner-led initiatives
